Terms of Service

Project scope, schedule, deliverables, revisions, fees, and ownership are agreed in writing before work begins. Additional requests outside the agreed scope may require a revised estimate.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for supplying accurate content, approvals, and any required rights or licences for submitted materials.

Payments and delivery

Payment milestones and delivery conditions follow the accepted proposal. Final files or deployment may depend on payment of the agreed balance.
